TRAINING
Foundations is a two year intensive theological and life training initiative built out in the context of a Missional Community. Using a particular curriculum and Socratic method of teaching, members of this group will gain a robust foundation in the gospel and experience what the Christian life should be like in response to the gospel. Antioch NW serves as our primary training arena for Elders, Deacons, and future church planting teams. The 3 year internship includes theological training at a Masters level and in house experience in ministry. Life, skill, and character assessment by experienced mentors afford our students more than just academic knowledge but prepare them for the challenges of leading God’s people. The Theology Program is a seminary level overview of systematic theology using Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology as a course text book. Through 6 courses, comprised of 10 classes each students will gain a broad understanding of theological practice, church history, and doctrinal guardianship.
